We endeavor to ensure the quality and proper packaging of the products before delivery. However, we give no warranty as to the condition of products during delivery. Customers should bear all the delivery risks.
Subject to the returns or exchanges policy, product (except for food/ drinks) may be returned or exchanged within 7 working days of receipt if the products you ordered are defective or damaged with no fault on your part, or the merchandise are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, provided that:
- Products must be returned undamaged and unused and in the original condition, with all attached tags, manuals, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes.
- The packaging of the product must be in the condition in which it was delivered to you.
- You provide valid documents/proof to show the faulty products are bought from us.
- You contact us by WhatsApp or email to make an application for return or exchange within 7 working days. No return or exchange services will be served for late application.
- The product is acceptable for exchange subject to stock availability and is mutually agreed for exchange.
- If you enjoyed a free shipping offer in your order and no longer fulfill the discount conditions after your refund application, a delivery fee for HK$30 will be deducted directly from the refund amount without further notice.
- If your order involves discounts, and no longer fulfills the discount conditions after your refund application, the discounted amount will be deducted directly from the refund amount without further notice.
- Refunds will be deposited into your member account as store credit for your next purchase. No cash refunds.
- Under no circumstances will we accept direct returns or be liable for any damages incurred.
- In case of any disputes, the decision and interpretation of the website shall be final.
Refunds are only available for out of stock after your order is placed. In this case, we will contact you by email or phone to obtain bank account information and refund the full amount by transfer.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?
- If the product needs to be returned or exchanged for quality problems, the shipping fee of both returning and reordering product shall be borne by us.
- We do not accept mails or parcels with freight collect. All shipping fees should be paid by the customer first, and will be returned to your member account as store credit after verification and confirmation. Mails or parcels with freight collect will be originally returned to the courier. Mails or parcels that need to be picked up by us will not be processed.
