All prices displayed would be in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), subject to the prices shown at the time of ordering. The price displayed on this website at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in the case of a blatant error. We endeavor to ensure that all prices displayed on this website are accurate, but cannot guarantee that all prices are correct and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover any errors in the price of any products that you have ordered, we would inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we would treat the order as cancelled.
After successfully ordering, payment should be made by credit card or electronic payment platform.
We would not take any responsibility for the failure of the channel used by the bank or third-party merchant of the credit card transactions.
If your credit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
We would provide services based on the information provided by customers. We are not responsible for any orders that are affected by incorrect information provided by the customer or due to any factors beyond our control.
This website reserves the ownership of products concerned until they are delivered to the customer. We would not be responsible for any losses due to additional requests made by the customer.
Customers would receive a receipt for record together with the products.
Please consider and pay attention to all shipping risks before placing an order. You should be responsible for the loss if there is any delivery delay, damage, loss or accidental theft etc. of the products during the delivery and we would not be responsible for the loss.
Once your order is placed, this website will not accept any requests to cancel the order.
If you choose to pick up the products at our designated location (only for orders with fragile products), you should make an appointment in advance and complete the pick-up within 10 working days from the date of pick-up notice sent. Please note that we reserve the right to handle the products without further notice if customer fails to pick up on time. The order will be regarded as cancelled and the payment cannot be refunded.
Conditions of Delivery
After submitting your order on this website, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 – 2 working days.
Except fragile products, all orders in Hong Kong will be sent by S.F. Express or Zeek. You can choose either home delivery service or designated third-party self-pick-up points. Products will be sent out within 3 – 7 working days after the order and payment are confirmed, and delivery time depends on the third party (S.F. Express / Zeek). After products are dispatched, an email notification containing an order tracking number will be sent to you. All products are checked and packed in perfect condition before dispatching, therefore we will not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages caused in transit.
Delivery details are as follows,
• Free local shipping on purchases of HK$400 or above (except door-to-door delivery).
• Prepaid shipping fee required for order below HK$400
If order contains fragile products, you can choose to pick up at our designated location, and you must complete the pick-up within 10 working days from the date of pick-up notice sent.
The home delivery service does not include remote island areas. (Please contact customer service if needed.)
