Using the same coffee beans, brewing with a flannel drip filter can make the coffee tastes more mellow and full-bodied. 


The stretchable fabric allows the coffee particles to fully expand and saturate. The shape of the filter can prolong the contact time between coffee powder and water, enabling more favorable ingredients to be extracted, with more oils and aroma retained in the coffee.

There are 3 types of filter available, each is tailored for different types of coffee beans:

■ About Nagoya Type
Excellent in unity while bringing out the strong flavor of the beans. Rich and elegant taste. Ideal for high quality deep roasted blended coffee. Type included in the "soupir".
Color: green
Material: cotton, polyester, stainless wire

■ About Tokyo Type
It brings out the characteristics of the bean and has excellent aroma. Ideal for high quality single origin coffee beans and shallow roasted beans. Fast extraction speed.
Color: red
Material: cotton, stainless steel wire

■ About Osaka type
Extracts bitterness. Ideal for iced coffee and café au lait. Removes astringency from coffee beans. Slow extraction speed.
Color: blue
Material: cotton, stainless steel wire


Cleaning: Rinse with clean water after use, then put it into a ziplock bag and store it in the refrigerator; rinse with clean water for 30 seconds then dry before use next time.
