Hasami ware is a type of Japanese pottery traditionally from Hasami, Nagasaki prefecture, with a history of more than 400 years. Hasami ware is recognized as a high-quality product as most of Hasami are mainly colored by lead-free pigments and glazes. It was designated as a national traditional handicraft in 1978, and it’s a must-have for Japanese families.
